- 🌽 3 tablespoons of canned corn
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang
- 🍬 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 💧 2 tablespoons of water
- A pinch of black pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 🥜 1 tablespoon of chopped peanuts
步驟
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl: gochujang, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, minced garlic, water, and black pepper.
Combine cooked rice and canned corn in a bowl. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a preheated pan. Fry the rice balls, rolling them to cook evenly.
Remove excess oil, then toss the fried rice balls in the prepared sauce. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before serving.
