- 🍙 9 pieces of rice cake
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/3 tbsp black sesame powder
- 1/4 tbsp sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare the rice cakes and soak them in hot water for 5 minutes until softened.
Mix gochujang, ketchup, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and black sesame powder in a bowl to create the sauce.
Skewer the softened rice cakes onto sticks.
Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a pan over low-medium heat and pan-fry the skewers until golden brown on both sides.
Brush the sauce evenly on both sides of the skewers.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
