- 🍅 25 cherry tomatoes
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🌿 1 tsp parsley powder
步驟
Wash 25 cherry tomatoes under running water and remove the stems.
Finely chop 1/4 onion and soak in cold water for at least 10 minutes to reduce its pungency.
Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, sugar, vinegar, plum extract, salt, and parsley powder. Adjust vinegar and sugar to taste.
Make a shallow cross-cut on the cherry tomatoes.
Blanch the cherry tomatoes in boiling water briefly.
Peel the skins off the blanched cherry tomatoes.
Remove excess water from the soaked onions and mix them with the dressing.
Combine the peeled cherry tomatoes with the dressing and onions.
Serve the tomato salad and enjoy!
