Sauce

 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 1 tbsp cooking wine
 
步驟
Prepare the quail eggs by boiling and peeling them, or use pre-peeled quail eggs.
Coat the quail eggs with tempura flour. Place the flour in a plastic bag, seal, and shake to coat evenly.
Mix the batter ingredients: tempura flour, water, and ice cubes. Ensure the ice cubes remain intact until frying.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the quail eggs coated in batter until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by combining all sauce ingredients in a separate pan and simmering until sugar dissolves and the mixture is well blended.
