Gnocchi Ingredients
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 1 cup flour
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup cream sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Boil potatoes in salted water until fully cooked.
Mash the potatoes and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add one egg yolk and mix well, then gradually add flour to adjust the dough consistency.
Form the dough into a single mass, then shape it on a floured surface.
Boil shaped gnocchi in a pot of boiling water. Remove them when they float to the surface.
Drain the gnocchi and pan-fry them in melted butter until golden on both sides.
In a separate pan, sauté minced garlic, onion, and thawed shrimp in oil.
Add cream sauce and heavy cream, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
