- 🐙 120g boiled octopus

- 🥔 1 medium potato (150g)
 - 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 150cc olive oil
 - 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp sliced chili
 
步驟
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water briefly. Drain and microwave in a heatproof container for 3–4 minutes at 600W until soft. Drain again. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and simmer over medium heat. Once bubbling, add the potato and stir briefly to combine.
