Cut the pork tenderloin into 2.5 cm thick slices and pound them thin.

Season the pork with salt and pepper, layer torn basil leaves and prosciutto on top, and press firmly using plastic wrap. Dust both sides with flour.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the pork starting with the meat side until browned, then flip and briefly cook the prosciutto side. Serve with baby leaf greens and a wedge of lemon.
