- 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🧄 1 scallion, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper
