- 🐖 550g pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, julienned
- A handful of spring cabbage, julienned

- 🍙 100g rice cake
Condiments
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1.5 tbsp minced green onion
Liquid
- 💧 1 cup water
步驟
Season pork loin with salt and pepper.
Peel and julienne carrot and green onion. Trim and julienne spring cabbage.
Rinse rice cake under running water and remove excess moisture.
Lay pork loin flat on a cutting board, place julienned vegetables and rice cake, and roll tightly. Place rolls in a pot.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Pour water and sauce over the rolls in the pot. Cover and bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat.
Slice the pork rice cake vegetable rolls into bite-sized pieces.
