- 🐖 300g pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 3 onions
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Prepare pork shoulder or any available pork cuts like belly or ground pork. Cube the potato into chunks.
Chop vegetables like onion, zucchini, and green onion into appropriate sizes. Add mushrooms if available.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil and 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pot.
Add the pork to the pot and stir-fry until it starts to turn white.
Add 1.5 tbsp gochujang and stir-fry with the pork until combined.
Pour water into the pot and add the cubed potato. Let it boil.
Once the potato is almost cooked, add the chopped vegetables.
Add red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Let it simmer.
