- 🐖 150g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 1/3 bag mizuna
 - 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
 - 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
 
Condiments
- Mayonnaise, as needed
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🧂 1 tsp sugar
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tsp grated ginger
 - 1 tsp cornstarch
 
步驟
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces, halve cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice onion. Soak onion in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and cornstarch) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until its color changes.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened. Serve over a bed of mizuna, onion, and cherry tomatoes, and drizzle with mayonnaise.
