- 🧅 2 onions, sliced
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- Assorted leftover vegetables
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- A dash of black pepper
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Mix the seasoning ingredients: gochujang, chili powder, sugar, plum extract, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Let it sit for better flavor.
Slice the onions and adjust the quantity based on preference.
Combine the pork belly and onions with the seasoning. Mix well to coat evenly.
Optionally, add leftover vegetables to the mix.
Cut the green onions into 3 cm pieces.
Cook the marinated pork belly in a wok without oil over medium heat. Stir-fry lightly.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.
Add the green onions and any additional vegetables. Stir-fry briefly.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
Serve hot and enjoy the tender pork with flavorful seasoning.
