- 🍖 300g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
Broth
- 1 broth pack
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 800ml water
步驟
Place the broth pack in a pot and boil to extract the flavor.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm pieces.
Prepare the vegetables: cut potatoes into chunks, onions into wedges, and slice the green onion diagonally.
After 15 minutes, remove the broth pack once the flavor is extracted.
Add gochujang and red pepper flakes to the broth.
Once the broth is boiling, add the pork belly pieces.
Add minced garlic to the pot.
Add the prepared potatoes and onions to the pot.
Boil on high heat for 20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Add the sliced green onion as a finishing touch and serve.
