- Grain - 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
 
- Meat - 🥩 40g of sliced pork belly
 
- Vegetable - 🥬 30g of chopped kimchi
- 🌱 4 stalks of chives
 
- Condiment - 1 tbsp of barbecue sauce
- 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil

Cut the chives into 4cm pieces and roughly chop the kimchi.

Slice the pork belly into 4cm pieces.

In a rice cooker, add soaked rice, barbecue sauce, sesame oil, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Spread the kimchi and pork belly evenly on top, then cook as usual.

After cooking, add the chives and gently mix with a rice paddle. Cover and let sit for 3 minutes to cook the chives with residual heat.
