Main Ingredients
- 🍖 500g sliced pork shoulder
- 🍶 1 block tofu (about 420g)
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 💧 400cc water
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2-3 pinches black pepper
步驟

Slice the green onion into 1cm pieces and prepare the tofu by cutting it into 1–2cm thick slices.

Combine pork, all seasoning ingredients, and water in a pot. Stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Add tofu and green onion to the pot and continue cooking.

Simmer until the broth reduces to half. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
