- 🐖 200g sliced pork
 
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
 
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/2 thinly sliced onion
 - 1/4 bunch mitsuba, chopped
 
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 1 tbsp mirin
 - 🍬 1 tsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1/2 tsp dashi powder
 - 💧 200ml water

Thinly slice the onion and chop the mitsuba into 3cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasonings, onion, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Pour the beaten eggs into the pan, cook until semi-set, then turn off the heat and cover for 1 minute to steam.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped mitsuba.
