Bread
- 🍞 4 slices of bread
Vegetables
- 🌽 6 tbsp corn kernels
- 1 tbsp chopped pickles
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, chopped
Meat
- 🥓 3 slices of bacon
Dairy
- 🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 A small amount of ketchup
- A small amount of honey mustard sauce
步驟
Chop the bacon, onion, and carrot into small pieces.
Lightly sauté the chopped bacon, onion, and carrot in a pan. Alternatively, you can use them raw, but soak the onion in cold water to remove its sharpness.
In a bowl, mix the sautéed ingredients with 6 tbsp of corn and 1 tbsp of chopped pickles.
Add 1.5 tbsp of mayonnaise to the mixture and combine well.
Spread ketchup on one side of a slice of bread and honey mustard sauce on the other side. Repeat for all slices.
Place a layer of mozzarella cheese on one side of the bread.
Spoon the prepared mixture onto the cheese layer, then add another layer of mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with another slice of bread and repeat the process to make another sandwich.
Cook the sandwiches in a pan over low heat, pressing down with a spatula. Alternatively, bake them in an oven until golden brown.
Flip the sandwiches to cook both sides evenly until golden and crispy.
Cut the sandwiches in half or serve them whole.
