Main Ingredients
- 🧈 200g tofu
- 3-4 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.3 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🧅 0.6 tbsp chopped green onion
步驟
Slice the tofu into thick pieces, about 1–1.2 cm thick.
Sprinkle salt lightly over the tofu and let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the seasoning.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion in a bowl to prepare the seasoning sauce.
Pat the tofu dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat until warm, then add the tofu slices.
Cook the tofu until golden brown on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Continue cooking until both sides are evenly browned and the sesame oil is absorbed.
