    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp corn syrup

    • 🧄 0.3 tbsp minced garlic
    • 0-1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • A small amount of sesame seeds

Cut the tofu into desired sizes and place on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Removing moisture prevents oil splattering and keeps the tofu tasty.

Beat 1 egg with a pinch of salt and coat the tofu pieces with the egg mixture. Alternatively, sprinkle salt directly on the tofu if skipping the egg coating.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat and carefully pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Cook the tofu until both sides are golden and crispy.

Mix soy sauce, corn syrup, chopped green onion, minced garlic, chili powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
