- 1 tbsp vinegar

步驟
Add salt to boiling water and blanch the green onions briefly. Start with the thicker root part, then blanch the leafy part. Do not overcook; blanch for less than 1 minute.
Rinse the blanched green onions in cold water and remove excess moisture.
Add salt to boiling water and blanch the octopus for 30 seconds. Rinse the blanched octopus in cold water.
Place the green onions on the octopus and roll them up, securing the ends.
Mix the seasoning ingredients and serve alongside the rolls.
