Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can of tuna, drained
 - 200g tofu, pressed to remove water
 - 🥕 1/2 cup grated carrot
 - 2 tbsp cornstarch
 - 🧅 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
 - 🍄 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
 - 1/4 cup diced paprika
 - 🥦 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
 - 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
 - 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
 
步驟
Drain the tuna completely and press the tofu using a cloth to remove excess water. Place the tuna, tofu, and finely chopped vegetables into a mixing bowl.
If the mixture feels too wet, add some flour or more cornstarch to bind it. Shape into patties.
Cook the patties on medium-low heat in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
To make the sauce, combine soy sauce, oligosaccharide syrup, and ketchup in a pan. Add roughly chopped vegetables and cook until tender. Thicken with a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water).
Pour the sweet sauce over the tofu tuna steaks and serve.
