- 1 pack tofu
- 🥚 1 egg
- 100g ground pork or chicken
- 🥕 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 🧅 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 🥬 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
- 🍄 1/2 cup finely chopped mushroom
步驟
Finely chop carrot, spinach, mushroom, and other vegetables. Drain and squeeze the tofu to remove excess water.
Combine the chopped vegetables, tofu, egg, and ground meat in a bowl. Mix thoroughly using gloves.
Add salt and sesame oil to the mixture and mix again until evenly distributed.
Place the mixture into a deep dish or mold, pressing down firmly to remove air pockets.
Steam the dish in a steamer for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
