Bread
- 🍞 1 slice bread
Butter
- 🧈 15g butter
Sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
Garlic
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
Salt
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
Parsley
- 🌿 2 pinches parsley
步驟
Prepare 15g butter. Alternatively, use 2–3 tbsp olive oil or canola oil.
Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds or leave at room temperature.
Mix melted butter with sugar, minced garlic, salt, and parsley.
Cut the bread into 16 bite-sized pieces or desired shapes.
Spread the garlic mixture on one side of the bread pieces.
Place the uncoated side of the bread on a preheated pan over low heat for 1 minute.
Flip the bread and cook the coated side for 30 seconds.
Remove the bread from the pan, let it cool slightly, and serve.
