- 1 handful naengi
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 red chili, sliced
Protein
- 🧈 1/2 block tofu, cubed
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp doenjang
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Broth
- 💧 1.3L water
- 1 anchovy broth pack
步驟
Clean the naengi by trimming the roots and washing thoroughly.
Slice the zucchini into half-moon shapes and the red chili diagonally.
Cube the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water with the anchovy broth pack for 10 minutes to create the base stock.
Dissolve the doenjang into the broth using a sieve for a smoother soup.
Add the zucchini to the broth and bring to a boil.
Add the naengi, tofu, and minced garlic to the pot.
Finish by adding the sliced red chili and adjust seasoning with salt.
