- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/4 bell pepper, sliced

步驟
Slice the onion and bell pepper, and cut mushrooms and bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and bacon until the onion turns translucent.
Add mushrooms and bell pepper to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Grease an oven-safe dish with olive oil, layer the sautéed ingredients, sprinkle pizza cheese, and pour the egg mixture over.
Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until the egg is set.
