- 100g mozuku
Vegetables
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 300ml water

Add all seasonings (marked with ☆) into a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.

Add mozuku to the pot and stir gently. Simmer on low heat for about 1 minute.
