- 400g morning glory
Seasoning
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp crushed red pepper
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
步驟
Prepare the morning glory by soaking it in vinegar water for 5–10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Drain the water and cut the morning glory into 4 equal sections.
Measure and prepare all the seasoning ingredients.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic and crushed red pepper.
Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to the pan and mix well.
Add the morning glory stems first and stir-fry until tender.
Add the leaves and stir-fry briefly until just wilted.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
