- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, seeded and chopped

- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard

- 1 pinch pepper
步驟
Boil 5 eggs with a pinch of salt for 9 minutes. Peel the eggs, mash the yolks with a fork, and chop the whites finely.
Seed and finely chop 1/3 cucumber. Squeeze out excess water and mix with the eggs. Add a pinch of salt to season.
Mix 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp mustard into the egg mixture. Stir well to combine.
Season the egg salad with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Cut the tops off 5 morning bread rolls, leaving the base intact. Fill generously with the egg salad.
