- 1 tbsp plum extract

- 3 tbsp vinegar

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 drop sesame oil
步驟
Prepare the minari by cutting it into bite-sized pieces, washing thoroughly, and removing excess water.
Boil the squid body until cooked and set aside.
Slice the small onion thinly. If you dislike the sharp taste, soak it in cold water for a few minutes.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, plum extract, sugar, vinegar, sesame seeds, and minced garlic to prepare the spicy vinegar sauce.
