步驟
In a bowl, mix pancake mix, milk, and eggs using a whisk.
Melt butter in a microwave for 40–60 seconds and mix it into the batter.
Grease muffin tins or paper cups lightly and fill them halfway with the batter.
Add one egg to each cup and season with a pinch of salt.
Optionally, add toppings like bacon, corn, or pizza cheese.
Sprinkle parsley powder and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 30 minutes.
For microwave cooking, pierce the egg yolk and cook for 1 minute at a time, repeating 2–3 times until fully cooked.
