Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna
- 🥔 1/2 potato, diced
- 💧 80ml water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mirin
Thickening Ingredients
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp starch
步驟
Dice the potato into small cubes.
Place the diced potato in a bowl, add water to cover, and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Add the canned tuna to the seasoning mixture.
Combine the thickening ingredients (water and starch) and mix well before adding to the bowl.
Add the microwaved potato to the mixture and stir thoroughly.
Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another 2 minutes.
