- 6 slices thinly sliced pork belly (120g)
 
Vegetables
- 🍄 6 shiitake mushrooms
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
 - Potato starch as needed
 
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
 
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
 
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
 - 2 tbsp mirin
 - 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
 - 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
 
步驟
Lay out a slice of pork belly, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place a shiitake mushroom at one end and roll it up. Repeat for all 6 mushrooms. Coat the rolls with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip them over, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
Once evenly browned, remove excess oil with a paper towel. Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar) and simmer until the rolls are glazed. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
