Essential Ingredients
- 200g pancake mix
- 🧈 1 tbsp softened butter
- 🥚 1 egg

- Matcha powder to taste

步驟
Prepare all ingredients. Soften butter by leaving it at room temperature or microwaving for 20 seconds.
Mix pancake mix and matcha powder until evenly combined. Adjust matcha powder based on preference.
Add 1 egg and softened butter to the dry mixture.
Mix all ingredients to form a dough. Adjust with more pancake mix or butter if needed.
Add chocolate chips to the dough and mix until evenly distributed.
Line the air fryer with parchment paper and place small dough portions on it. Bake at 160°C for 10–15 minutes.
Check doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the scones are ready. Let them cool before serving.
