    • 🧅 2 stalks green onion
    • 2 green chili peppers
    • 2 red chili peppers

    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 200 ml water
    • 170 ml soy sauce
    • 🧂 170 g sugar
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Boil eggs for 5 minutes and 30 seconds in water with 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp vinegar for soft-boiled yolks. Immediately transfer to cold water for easier peeling.

Slice green onions, dice the onion, and chop both green and red chili peppers finely.

Place the chopped vegetables into a bowl.

Combine 200 ml water, 170 ml soy sauce, and 170 g sugar to make the marinade.

Add the chopped vegetables to the marinade.

Peel the cooled eggs and place them into the marinade.

Serve the eggs over a bowl of warm rice, topped with vegetables, sesame seeds, seaweed flakes, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
