Main Ingredients
- 1 cup squeezed seaweed
- 1 cup pancake flour
- 8 crab sticks
- 1 tbsp chopped green chili
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
步驟
Wash the seaweed thoroughly until the water runs clear and remove impurities.
Squeeze out the water from the seaweed and chop it finely.
Tear the crab sticks into small pieces and add them to the seaweed.
Add 1 cup of pancake flour to the mixture.
Mix in 1 tbsp of chopped green chili, 1 tbsp of chopped green onion, and a pinch of salt.
Combine the ingredients well to ensure the seaweed doesn't clump together.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter to form pancakes.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve on a plate and enjoy.
