    • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
    • A pinch of sesame seeds

Cut the chive leaves into appropriate lengths and mix with the first seasoning: 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp vinegar. (You can use pre-made spicy vinegar sauce if in a hurry.)

Add 1 tbsp red pepper flakes, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, and 1 tbsp sesame oil in sequence. Mix well and sprinkle with sesame seeds to finish.
