- 2 packs bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 handfuls mushrooms
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 15 perilla leaves
Meat
- Generous amount of thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 1 small cup gochujang
- 1 small cup red pepper flakes
- 1 small cup soy sauce
- 🍬 1 small cup sugar
- 🧄 1 small cup minced garlic
- 1 small cup cooking wine
Garnish
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly under running water.
Prepare the vegetables: slice the green onion, onion, and mushrooms. Wash and slice the perilla leaves.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and cooking wine in a bowl to create the sauce.
Layer the bean sprouts in a wide pan or wok.
Add the sliced green onion, onion, and mushrooms on top of the bean sprouts.
Place the thinly sliced pork belly generously over the vegetables.
Pour the prepared sauce over the pork belly and vegetables.
Add the sliced perilla leaves and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Cook on high heat until the bean sprouts release water and the dish becomes saucy. Serve hot.
