Cut the root off the komatsuna and chop into 4cm pieces.

Heat the tuna (with its oil) in a frying pan over medium heat until it starts bubbling. Add the komatsuna and stir-fry until slightly wilted and coated with the oil.

Add sake, soy sauce, and curry powder. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
