Vegetables
- 100g komatsuna, chopped into 4cm pieces
- 50g shimeji mushrooms, separated
Protein
- 20g aburaage, sliced into 1.5cm strips
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 💧 80ml water
步驟
Cut the root ends off the komatsuna and shimeji mushrooms. Chop komatsuna into 4cm pieces and separate the shimeji mushrooms.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then slice into 1.5cm strips.
Mix mentsuyu and water in a microwave-safe container. Add shimeji mushrooms, aburaage, and komatsuna in layers. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
Remove from microwave, stir, and cover again. Let sit for 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
