    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 3 tbsp vinegar
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
    • A dash of sesame oil

    • 2 chopped chili peppers

Rinse the kkosiraegi with water to remove salt and soak in cold water for 10–20 minutes.

Chop chili peppers and prepare any additional vegetables as desired.

Blanch the kkosiraegi in boiling water for 20–30 seconds to remove any fishy smell.

Drain the kkosiraegi and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Mix the kkosiraegi with the prepared seasoning (minced garlic, gochujang, vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil) and chili peppers in a bowl.
