- 8 parts chili sauce
- 2 parts ketchup

步驟
Chop the red paprika, yellow paprika, and onion finely.
Wash the cocktail shrimps thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Coat the shrimps in tempura flour, dip in tempura batter, and deep-fry them in hot oil.
Double-fry the shrimps for extra crispiness.
Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the chopped vegetables quickly over high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and add chili sauce and ketchup in an 8:2 ratio. Stir well.
Add the fried shrimps to the pan and mix until evenly coated with the sauce.
