    • 5 tbsp red pepper powder
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🍶 2 tbsp rice wine
    • 🍯 2 tbsp corn syrup

Prepare the pork shoulder by patting it dry with a paper towel and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the kimchi into large chunks.

Slice the green onion and chili pepper diagonally, and slice the onion thickly.

Mix red pepper powder, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, and corn syrup to create the seasoning sauce.

Heat a pan with cooking oil, add the pork shoulder, and sprinkle with black pepper. Stir-fry until partially cooked.

Add the kimchi and prepared seasoning sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined.

Add the green onion, onion, and chili pepper to the pan and continue stir-frying.

Cook until the pork fat is absorbed into the kimchi and the dish is well blended.
