- 🥬 1/4 head napa cabbage kimchi
- 🍖 500g pork belly
- 1 shot glass cooking wine
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
Broth Ingredients
- 500ml rice water
- 2 shot glasses kimchi juice
- 1/2 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
步驟
Prepare the ingredients: slice the onion and green onion.
Sear the pork belly on high heat until all sides are golden brown.
Place the seared pork belly into a pot or earthenware dish.
Mix the broth ingredients: rice water, kimchi juice, minced garlic, doenjang, and chili powder.
Arrange the kimchi around the pork belly in the pot.
Pour the cooking wine and prepared broth over the pork belly and kimchi.
Add the sliced onion and green onion to the pot.
Bring the broth to a boil over high heat.
Reduce to medium-low heat, cover, and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
Slice the cooked pork belly and serve with the kimchi and broth.
