- 2 tbsp grated ginger

步驟
Wash the chicken drumsticks thoroughly. If frozen, ensure they are fully thawed before use.
Place the drumsticks in a pot and add all the braising sauce ingredients. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, uncover the pot and let it simmer. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface using a ladle.
Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat if necessary to prevent burning, and cook until the sauce thickens and clings to the drumsticks.
Serve with shredded scallions or chives for added flavor.
