步驟
Prepare the sardines by opening them and removing any bones.
Spread a shiso leaf and a small piece of pickled plum on each sardine.
Roll the sardines tightly and secure them with a toothpick if necessary.
Dust the rolled sardines lightly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the sardines until golden brown on all sides.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the sardines with mizuna greens on the side.
