- 🐟 4 fillets horse mackerel (140g)
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Dry Ingredients
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp curry powder
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Pat the horse mackerel fillets dry with paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

Mix flour and curry powder in a tray and coat the fillets evenly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and reduce to low heat. Cook for another minute until fully cooked.

Add sake, sugar, and soy sauce to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the fillets.
