    • 20g corn flour
    • 3g baking powder

    • 50g powdered sugar
    • 10g milk powder

Sift all dry ingredients together.

Mix vanilla oil, grape seed oil, and egg into the dry ingredients until well combined.

Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough and mark spots for chocolate chips using a cookie cutter. Place 3-4 chocolate chips in the center of each marked spot, fold over, and press to seal.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes. Lower the temperature to 150°C and bake for another 10 minutes.
