    • 🐟 1 handful dried anchovies
    • 🍚 1 cup cooked rice
    • 🌱 desired amount of bean sprouts
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧅 1/2 green onion
    • 🌊 sufficient amount of seaweed flakes
  • Optional Ingredients

    • 🍜 desired amount of noodles

步驟

Boil water and add a handful of dried anchovies to make broth.

Chop 1 cup of kimchi into small pieces.

Add the chopped kimchi to the anchovy broth.

Add bean sprouts to the soup.

Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce to season the soup.

Add noodles if desired, or skip for a rice-only version.
