Main
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
 - 🥬 1/4 bag spinach
 - 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes
 - 1 tsp sake
 - 1 tbsp potato starch
 - 1/2 tbsp salad oil
 - 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
 - Pinch of white sesame seeds
 
Seasoning
- 2 tsp concentrated mentuyu
 - 1 tsp sesame oil
 
步驟
Cut spinach into 4cm pieces.
Slice chicken breast thinly and massage with sake, then coat with potato starch.
Add spinach and 1 tsp water to a pan, cover, and steam on medium heat for 1 minute. Toss with mentuyu and sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in the same pan, add chicken, and cook on medium heat until done. Lower heat and stir in yakiniku sauce.
Pack rice into a bento box, top with chicken, add spinach and cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
