- 1 bunch garlic scapes
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1-2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare the garlic scapes by trimming them into 4-6 cm pieces.
Blanch the garlic scapes in boiling water with 1/2 tbsp salt for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Rinse the blanched garlic scapes in cold water and drain thoroughly. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, gochujang, red pepper flakes, corn syrup, plum extract, sesame oil) to the bowl.
Mix everything thoroughly, then sprinkle sesame seeds generously and mix again.
